How to Save My Round

Why do I get an error message when trying to save my round?

Sometimes there is a connection issue when you are trying to save your round.  There are a few fixes for this problem.

Try this first:
  1. From the home page, click on "ALL ABOUT ME"
  2. Scroll down, in the "Management" section, click on "SETTINGS"
  3. Scroll all the way down the screen and click "CLEAR CACHED DATA"
  4. A dialog box will open stating "All cache data has been removed."
  5. After the cache data has been removed, try to save your round again.
You can also try:
  1. From the home page, click on "ALL ABOUT ME"
  2. Scroll down, in the "Management" section, click on "SETTINGS"
  3. Scroll all the way down the screen and click "LOG OUT"
  4. Go ahead and log back in and try to save your round
  5. **NOTE** - all devices will destroy your current round in progress, this would be used as a final, last resort to clear the current round, as it will be deleted and cleared from your app and device. **
If both of these options fail:
  1.  Pelease uninstall the app
  2. Shut down the device 
  3. Restart the device
  4. Reinstall the app
  5. Remember to write down your round as the device might not save it, once you have logged back into the app, you can manually enter and save your round.
